Be ready to foster a constant dialogue between you and your partner.  This may be difficult as many Latinas can be hesitant to share their feelings with you on this subject, not wanting to offend.  But if you work together with her and provide an arena where she’s comfortable voicing her concerns, your marriage will be all the better for it.
